I have a slightly larger head and this one fits. I think it might be too big for a person with a small head. I thought it was a good product for the price. I didn't want to spend a lot on something I would probably only wear once. I needed it for the Kentucky Derby party and it was perfect for that. I love that it can be worn with a bow in the front, back or side. It's very light with an open weave, so that's cool too. I will probably buy from this company again if I need a derby hat in the future.
