Review on HR-Assistant by Chris Shepherd

I use it for payroll and for benefits. It works well for everything I would want it to be useful for. If you are looking for a system that can handle all your HR functions and payroll needs in a fully integrated manner, then HR-Assistant is a solid choice. I don't really dislike any part of it. Benefits and Payroll are what I use most, and it's worked well enough for my purposes. I have not found anything to dislike. They used to have an easier system for training and updating employees. I would love to see that come back. There are some benefits out there that are better suited for training employees, but HR-Assistant makes it easy to train employees as well as handle all employee benefit needs. We have benefits, insurance for employees, payroll with direct deposit, and payroll reporting, so it's pretty much all rolled into one. I like how easy it is to access all my payroll info at one time! It also helps us track our employee hours/attendance etc. The system does not always work when you press certain buttons so try different ones until you get the right combination for your computer. This software has helped streamline many aspects of our business by keeping everything organized. We now have more control over where we spend money.
