Lightweight and Comfortable Leggings
I bought this for a trip to Universal Studios because I heard socks are more comfortable in the heat. This one was actually pretty comfortable, although I ended up cutting ear holes in it to hold it in better. If it's too big, you can just sew in the back to make it a bit narrower. Now I wear it to work. It's easy to wear around your neck all day and just tighten when needed.
