The base is good, the top is laminate.
So I replaced the artificial wood with real wood and painted it. There are 5 stars for that. Otherwise the laminate is torn at the corner. So I really paid for the base. The base is solid and level. There's nothing special about that. If you're buying, I would buy real wood and install it. Very easy to do!
