When reviewing this item I noticed that some of the reviews had less than 5 stars. Maybe there were some losers who got a product that didn't pass quality control. However, I couldn't be happier with this purchase! The room inside is amazing! It fits all my credit cards, gift cards, punch cards, etc. and I still have a free slot for something new. My pen (very small, so it doesn't take up much space), checkbook and money, and there's still room. I like the external phone pocket. I even have lip balm in it. Zipper part also for coins! The zipper is gold colored and slides through with quality rather than dangling like some zipper prongs. The clasps on the bracelet and straps of the bag are also of high quality. I bought grey. I think I would have preferred a lighter color but I decided to use this one for winter and buy another lighter color for spring and summer. If in doubt about buying this, buy it. It also comes in a nice box and is lined with fabric. is that skin? I don't know exactly, but it's not cheap either. I know some reviews said they lasted less than a year. I change bags depending on the season so I can use more of them. I think it's a great product, great price and I received it in less than 48 hours. I am satisfied with the purchase and the buyer. And if you don't like it, you can return it for free. But I know I can't get it back!
