We originally reviewed this item only after using one of the cartridges. We only had problems with our first order and our second order is the same. These are poorly made aftermarket cartridges. The seller offered to return the money (for a good rating) and then didn't even fulfill the promise. Now we have two sets of cartridges that do not work with the printer. It's a great deal if they work, but I would recommend trying any cartridges you can get to make sure they work. We found that on the ones that didn't work, all of the tabs on the front were broken. I'm disappointed because we thought we found a good solution for expensive OEM cartridges.
