This is the third epilator we have bought and the first we have given up. Pros: It's quieter than the previous one. This meant we could sit in front of the TV and I could epilate my wife's legs. It can be used like a razor. Cons: We tried using it for several days. Often during epilation you can feel both broken hairs and raised follicles, so it is difficult to immediately determine the result by touch. If they are follicles, you will have smooth legs later in the day and for days to come. If it's broken hair, you'll have rough feet. Epilating again a few days later and removing those stubborn hairs will result in smooth legs. However, this epilator has created more broken hair and rough legs than anything else. We tried everything we knew but the epilator head didn't work.
