OK. The title says a lot. This is a very functional stand and very cool aesthetically, and a workhorse too! The price is right too. Good business. Part of the workhorse for my personal use is charging Marshall and Bose Bluetooth headsets, my iPad, and my Galaxy cell phone. Also, my grandkids come to my house and they always need to charge their iPads and mobile devices. All at the same time! But small design flaws. From OCD me of course. The base that the headband sits on is not padded in any way. This will lead to permanent dents in the foam pad over time. Then the vertical rod holding the base moves straight up and down. Wherever you place your headset on the stand, your earcups should rest on the stand. In the same situation, dents will form on the ear pads over time. But that's all! This is our hard earned and very expensive gear loaded up and on this stand. Finally? I bought it, installed it, I like it in terms of functionality, I like how it looks, I'm keeping it! I use it! I am basically very satisfied! Until then.
