I left them at the kitchen snack bar (I have many companies) for portions of nuts, small candies, etc. They are sweet, unobtrusive and always absent. My husband LOVES this. It's used for small portions of gravy, ketchup, gravy, etc. They rinse off instantly, their pattern is attractive without being overwhelming, this is a useful, functional little bowl whose uses are only limited by your imagination!
