I have ordered this product 6-7 times as they do great samples for my cream and are priced right. There are no complaints about the containers themselves - they are high quality and don't leak. My complaints about packaging and lids. Half of the jars have a transparent lid and the other half have a black lid. Why aren't they all the same?! Who out there wants to go to market with inconsistent packaging? Make them a thing or two and I don't care where you go! The second complaint is that all the lids on the jars are screwed on. when you receive them. While this makes for a nice, tidy box to ship, it's a PITA to unscrew all the lids before filling. Unscrew 140 caps before they need to be refilled and screw them back on and you'll start thinking about other options. If the company that makes them is reading this, PLEASE start packaging the lids separately from the jars!
