The work is cute and matches the picture. I haven't tried washing or cleaning yet. I'm not a fan of the fabric used. The fabric almost feels like a very heavy, stiff burlap, which I don't like. But to be honest the description says "rustic". It just feels too hard for a pillow. Unfortunately, the zipper seems to be too short to fit the correct pillow size. My everyday pillows of a certain size needed to be rolled up and stuffed. It barely worked and I was worried about damaging my pads. My advice is to either enlarge the pillowcase or just cover it with plain, non-decorative pillows. I bought these covers so I didn't have to buy more storage pillows. All in all it worked out well and the end result was cute but not comfortable. If I could only change one thing, it would be the fabric.
