I give one star for the quality of the leather. The spikes are too small and it just doesn't fit. When will Asian companies realize that Westerners tend to be taller people? That's not an insult, that's a fact. In truth, I'd happily pay more money to offset the additional material the company has to use to create a large bone group. You make a profit, the consumer gets a better product, it's a win-win situation. I will discuss this with them and if they honor their 90 day guarantee I will upgrade my rating to a higher rating.
