The Bad: The razor is slightly out of tolerance and you have to align the blade properly to prevent the blade from twisting which can cause cuts and burns. The razor can be tightened and holds the blade securely. The blade angle is very soft. slightly more aggressive than the Merkur 34C and provides a good close shave without shaving nicks or cuts and is forgiving of corners as long as you hold the blade properly. This is a razor with 3 screws on the handle, not a butterfly. It cannot be opened from above, you unscrew the handle from the head. It appears to be made of thick stainless steel with a matte black color that feels quite brittle and can peel or scratch if you're not careful. She has a decent weight and a good balance. I've tried $50 razors that weren't good. At $20 this is a must have if you are looking for a decent stainless steel razor and don't want to spend a hundred bucks on one that just works.
