The 3W power claims are misleading
Red bulb is bright, comes with mounting hardware, has a power supply inside that keeps the LED power constant as the voltage changes, actual power level is 1.2W (1, 3W times approx. 90 efficiency from the internal power supply), not 3W as listed. Where the wires enter the case they look a bit frayed, not sure how "waterproof" it is. Oznium's customer service is outstanding and adds a star.
