This table is very heavy and it took us four of us to carry and assemble it. The process was easy but too difficult for two people. We were very happy putting it together, but we were very disappointed when we did. He looks great but was very wobbly and wobbly. We were very afraid to do this again for a refund so we contacted the seller to see if he could help here if we did something wrong. They didn't reply for 2 weeks so we filled out a refund on Amazon although we didn't like the idea of taking it apart and repackaging it. After we requested a return, the seller contacted and offered a new base. When asked when it would arrive, they were again silent for over a week and after 10 days they replied that they would ship in 7-10 business days. so only 25 days to get this response to the original request and another 2 weeks to actually get the base. Due to the bad experience here, we have decided to abandon Amazon returns and proceed with the return. In addition, this countertop scratches very easily for future buyers. Instead, we chose the West Elm silhouette round dining table, which is more durable and allows for self-assembly. We tried to get a cheaper option by going with this one, but we are very sorry.
