Review on 🎒 Polare Leather Vintage College Backpack: Classic Style for the Modern Student by Steven Kile

Let me start by saying that I only returned this set because I decided to buy a large men's Polare leather handcrafted backpack. If I hadn't found this bag I would have kept this bag and can still get it when I ride my bike. This is a great bag in every way. The entire backpack, pockets, straps are made of high quality thick leather. It may be a bit stiff at first for some, but it will soften over time and remain strong enough to last a lifetime. The stitching all over the package seems to be thick nylon thread, everything is well finished, even and tight. All edges are carefully finished and sewn. All buckles and eyelets feel strong and durable made from solid brass. The interior is a single open compartment with a volume of approx. Durable 9X7 suede pocket sewn on the back. The outer side pockets have magnetic snaps for easy access which seem to hold up well but obviously aren't as secure as the large buckled front pocket. The main compartment closes at the top with a premium leather cord, which is made from a strip of leather that is folded in half and then sewn together for extra strength. The cord is fed through brass grommets and closes the bag with a leather flap with a brass clasp under a brass buckle. The two clasps seem a bit odd to me, although the brass clasp is easier/quicker to open and close than the buckle. A leather handle and durable leather shoulder straps are firmly sewn to the backpack. A double rectangular brass buckle or slide buckle attaches to the backpack with a triangular tab that provides extra strength and a better angle than if they were just vertical straps attached to the bottom of the backpack. They are easy to adjust and remove. I would determine which position is the loosest and then secure the rolled up extra strap with a rubber band. This gets the extra strap out of the way and provides a hold so the straps don't open any further than necessary. This gives you plenty of room to carry with a single strap to sling over one shoulder or simply attach than tighten the straps for the most comfortable fit. All in all, this is a nice package that should give you a lifetime of reliable service.
