The best thing about this product which makes it stand out from competition was its ease of use for new users who are not familiar with such products/systems as they have very simple interface without too many features. I would say nothing so far since everything works well though there may be some tweaking required to make things look cleaner but overall good experience using smart e quality management system (smart qm). Nothing really bad or dislikes just minor niggles here-there regarding UI etc can easily been resolved if you get someone experienced help over chat / phone call once your stuck at any point during implementation process. Needing no prior knowledge of software development life cycle processes like scrum methodology - user story mapping & writing tests early stage before code even exists! As said earlier we needed testers having previous work done in testing tools only i think will struggle initially while learning how all these phases fit into each other together within same toolkit. I like the interface, it's quite user friendly. It integrates with Jira or other ticketing system. I have to say that the system is quite slow, sometimes you may get a crash and the system freezes. I think the system is not quite mature, sometimes it's not stable enough. I suggest to try it, it's quite cheap. We are solving the issue of ticket management and issue tracking between different teams in our organization.
