It's super cute and well built. It's faux leather and I love the color combination, brown leather with dark gray trim, it's just very classy. The fittings are reliable too, good thick polished zips and clasps. My only complaint is that the magnetic clasp is very weak, it pops open. The pockets are zipped so you don't lose your contents when the top lid pops open, but that's a little annoying. My other two suggestions: First, it has two zippered compartments, but only one of them has a pocket. I would really like additional compartments, especially an outside quick access pocket for cash, ID etc. And there isn't much room in the top zipped compartments to get to - the opening is quite small. That's not a big deal, since it's a small bag, not much can get lost at the bottom. However, with no useful internal pockets and limited access from above, you'll have to do a lot of digging if you're storing small items here. a few articles.
