I followed the size chart, which advised that I should order an XS (my hips are 35" and typically wear US size 0), but this item was way too small – to the point where I couldn't pull it past my mid thighs. I would probably need to order two sizes up for it to fit. Also, the fabric is rather thick and so are the seams. Although I couldn't try it on due to its size, it is obvious that this item will show through clothes that are made of finer fabrics.
