I am pregnant now and have had some trouble finding a cape that fits my bump, even an all purpose cape. While this is obviously not intended for pregnant women, it ties easily across my stomach. I usually wear a size 12/large. I ordered it in L/XL and I find it runs a bit large - even on my stomach the straps are so tight that the fabric on each side starts to overlap making it a bit difficult to open the slit, when you move/walk. Not a big deal and definitely not a deal breaker for me, but I'd probably return this for S/M if I plan on using it while not pregnant. But overall a very cute style, especially if you want to show off your pregnant belly!
