WITHOUT key opener!

I literally ONLY bought this set for the bottle opener, a device that looks like a circle with two prongs. It's used to safely remove keys from the keyboard so they can be deep cleaned, but that's the ONE thing that wasn't here! I'll ask for compensation for that.
