From start to finish: cheaply packaged. The first photo shows one of the small holders before I opened it and that's how it arrived. Not a problem as it was in a box with other items to keep it horizontal. Some reviews said they don't last at all. Neither did I, so I looked again and saw a second layer of paper that had to be peeled off to reveal the sticky surface. Please. I wiped the screen with rubbing alcohol and made sure it was dry before applying any of these. It's there but slips. I'll close the laptop and let it sit to see if the extra time allows it to stick better. A small circle slides over the camera mount. Because of this slip, when I wanted to see if it would close easily, I had to hold it with one hand and use the other to make the circle slide. It feels like pewter although I have no idea what it's made of. I decided to photograph them next to a quarter for scale if it might be of help to anyone. I'll update my review once I see if it stays in place and has no issues.
