Process Alignment Manager helped me greatly improve productivity and visibility
The process alignment is very useful for our project managers to understand what are their tasks, how they're related with each other in order of importance etc., it's also good that you can see all processes at once instead only one or two screens per page which was not so easy before this tool came out! I don't really like anything about PA as such but would rather have more functionality added into its featureset than less ones taken away from us by removing things we didn’t know were there already - just my opinion though :).
Our PMs use PAM daily during meetings/discussions regarding projects where multiple people work together towards achieving certain goals e.g.: scope management; risk analysis & mitigation plan development ; stakeholder engagement planning.
- Also gives users insight over who has done something specific along side providing details if possible why someone did do said thing.etc..to help keep track down information quickly especially being new employees coming up under training programs / learning curves.where sometimes confusion may occur due lack knowledge of previous
