Good value for my 2014 Durango 5.7

After months of using Revain in my shopping cart I finally pulled the trigger and bought a Commander pedal for my Durango. I didn't buy the Bluetooth variant because I thought I would need that variant, but because the regular non-Bluetooth variant was no longer available. Installation: Extremely easy, took about a minute. Unlocked my D then put the keys back in the house I'm not sure why the instructions say this but they do which is why I did it. We unclip the wire from the top of the accelerator pedal, hook the Pedal Commander on the line between the wire and the pedal, super easy. Then I fished the cable out from under the center console so it was right next to the driver's seat. Total installation time: less than 5 minutes. Installation: First download the Pedal Commander app. Just search the App Store (or Android equivalent) and download it. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, open the app and run D. The app will ask for the Pedal Commander's serial number. It is printed on the back of the Pedal Commander. Type it in, wait a second for the app to communicate with Commander, then you'll see a screen where you can choose the level you want to use. Click Connect and your phone is connected and ready to change settings (or of course you can just use the physical button on the Commander pedal and skip all Bluetooth settings). 2 just because I've heard some people using it in other cars say it's a good setup. Walked out of my driveway and immediately felt the difference. There was no longer a gas hole when pedaling. You touch the pedal and the car moves; In fact, setting Sport +2 was too much for me. So I drove a bit, then changed the settings in the app and then drove a bit more. You can change the setting on the fly, don't have to turn the car off or even stop to change the setting (although I wouldn't recommend fiddling with the settings while the car is moving). After traveling a bit and playing around with the settings, I settled on City + 4, which I liked the most. Great throttle response but not too sensitive to drive in traffic as I was sitting at work this morning. Overall: This item does what it says on the tin, it eliminates all throttle lag in the pedal. You press the pedal and the car moves. Installation very easy and quick. The interface both on the device and in the application is very simple and convenient. Most importantly, Commander Pedal D driving is more fun. No more pressing the pedal and waiting for it to respond. Now you press the pedal and the thing goes. I personally think that money was well spent because it made my D more enjoyable to drive than before.
