They absolutely work
I've known them for years and thought they were just advertisements but our basement had a lingering damp smell that I couldn't get rid of even after the repaint cleaning etc we tried them and within a day the smell was completely gone now we use them around the house and in cars/trucks they really make a difference we have ordered more for the kids than stockings. Christmas because they have the same problem in their basements. Don't be afraid to try them, money well spent.
