Now the back rests only on weak armrests. Six months later, they could not stand it and broke. My weight is up to 100 kg, if that. and the permissible load is up to 180 kg. I took a photo, wrote an email to the manufacturer . the one who is shaking with a 2-year warranty in every second message . the manufacturer sent it to where they bought it. I turned to the store, but the store, having contacted the manufacturer, decided to refuse the guarantee . After several days of butting and chimes, the store agreed to exchange the chair for another . The result - in another chair, the handle was warped from the load, but so far it is holding on. . Don't rely on the warranty. I don't know what has to happen there for the manufacturer to recognize the marriage. The photo shows a broken handle. The quality of Bureaucrat chairs has become much lower. Since the designs are similar, I strongly advise you to look for something else from another manufacturer. This chair is designed for a maximum of 50-60 kg.
