OK So I'm a 56 year old female, I'm 5ft 5" tall and at 178 pounds I weigh a lot more than when I was young. My bra size is 36g and my weight is evenly distributed. I ordered an XL which fits well but wish it had a little more room. I feel like it fits like a big one, but I could snap it into place with a click. The second one failed, but that click was hard to click from the start. I keep it. The funny thing is I bought one of these with long sleeves and it was perfect. I don't think you can ever get the perfect size between brands when ordering online, but this should work anyway. The one I ordered online was the same brand with long sleeves.
