My cats won't touch it

I don't want to make shooting stars for this, but none of my four cats want anything to do with it. They won't even be in it, and I've let them have it for three months now. Three of these cats are sleeping on something, so it's very strange to me. I don't know why they're acting weird. Maybe they don't like the smell? The material is good. I might donate it to an animal shelter because there must be a cat who wants it.
