This is a good hair dryer and styler in one. I have long hair so it's good for me. It can also be useful for drying short hairstyles and styling them with a little more density and direction than a traditional dryer. It's really expensive and I think there should be more temperature control for what I'm paying. You either get no heat or you get very hot. The two heat settings only relate to fan speed, not temperature. I would like variable heating levels. Sometimes I want warmth, not scorching heat, but I don't want cold. It's really light, but the handle is a bit big if you have small hands. The cord rotates, which is nice, and includes a GFI switch, which is overkill given that all of our bathrooms already have GFI, but it's a nice safety feature. It just means you might have more connectivity issues if you have other things plugged into the bathroom outlet. Very good item but for the price I would expect lower heating levels.
