The DOP software is a great tool for automating your pick list.
This is a great software solution. It has streamlined my processes, saving me hours per week! It was easy to get up and running, and the system worked so intuitively - if only other vendors could make their products behave in such a positive way. Our customers love the ease of use, and the speed and accuracy of the service. I would recommend this software to anyone looking to streamline their order fulfilment operations, and reduce error rates, overtime and costs. My previous attempts at picking orders were time consuming as they required extensive data entry. With the automation provided by Cirrus Directed Picking (DOP) it now makes life easier for myself and all my staff. They are always available via email or phone when needed.
Pros
- It has reduced our error rates and saved us from having to do a second order validation check before submitting them.
- Has been very effective in helping us to control costs.
- We don't know how we would cope with the cost overruns and delays caused by offshore developers.
Cons
- Needs to be upgraded.
- Has to go back through and change every line item
- Makes tracking pricing and inventory difficult.
