I'm not a hair removal pro (just makeup!) so I would do your research before deciding to do it myself. Because the blade exfoliates the skin while also removing unwanted hair, it should not be performed too often or on skin with certain skin conditions. So make sure you do a lot of research or even consider consulting your dermatologist if you have any other skin issues or conditions. But what I can definitely say is that my peach fuzz pieces come off with ease and my face is SO smooth after "shaving". and moisten! My base is slipping open and it looks so good! Also, the hair does not grow thicker or darker or in larger numbers. Hair can appear "thicker" as it grows because the tiny hairs develop a blunt end when shaved off, making them appear thicker, but this is not the case at all. I've been doing this for about a year now and will "shave" about twice a month and throw the blade away after the second or third use so it doesn't irritate my skin. But for the price I'm very satisfied!
