My heel plantar fasciitis pain. Most products target the midfoot so they didn't fit me. So I was skeptical about this product. But wow! It really works. My workout no longer causes heel pain and when I'm on my feet all day the pain is much less than before using. I also have a sore ankle from a childhood injury and often need a bandage. or Ace Bandage. As an added bonus, this sock gives my ankle extra support and the compression helps with that pain as well. I also love the spiked massage ball that came in my package. I highly recommend.
