My chair was ordered almost a month ago. When I saw the seat had been damaged during packaging, I contacted the seller, who reassured me that they had stated "factory marriage, sorry, sorry. Send us a photo by mail, and we will change everything." Sent; no reply received. They claimed they hadn't received any emails when I called them again. I texted it again while I was speaking with the operator. They acknowledged receipt of the letter and promised to forward the request to the manufacturer. The marriage was afterwards confirmed, and I was informed in writing that I would be informed as soon as the part arrived at their warehouse. After that, a month has passed with, naturally, no response or pleasantries. I dialed the single number listed as a contact, and was told that "the subscriber's number is blocked." The chair isn't the priciest, but it also isn't the cheapest either. Your money is not worth it. Thank you very much to the seller for the "prompt resolution of the problem" and the off-hook phone.
