Sleeves too short

I'm 5'8, 160 lbs, hourglass figure. I bought the medium one and the pants fit well but the shirt sleeves are 3 inches shorter. Otherwise it is very soft and comfortable. Something like velvet for a blanket. A little baggy but I don't want loungewear this comfortable to be tight so it's ok. The sleeves are so short I can't hold it up. Luckily it's Christmas and I think my (much smaller) stepmom will love it so I don't have to return it.
