Using this product, our team found that it did nothing to prevent cats from scratching furniture. The clear adhesive strips were DIFFICULT to place and fell off after a short time .The only pro to this product is that it is relatively inexpensive. However, the cons outweigh any benefit. We do not recommend this product to cat owners looking to protect their furniture..
