I have Raynaud's Syndrome (poor circulation) in my hands and feet and these gloves are a lifesaver! My friend I run with (she's also a doctor) recommended it to me. I bought them and went running when it was 19 degrees outside and my hands didn't even feel cold, they even got a little sweaty towards the end of my 3k run. Wonderful. The gloves are a bit small, I usually wear small gloves but I ordered the medium ones as that was all we had and they fit great! The touchscreen works too, I was able to press the "Outdoor Run" button on my Apple Watch with no problems.
