Hard to retrofit
We have just remodeled our master bathroom and are loving the 'square' modern look of these recessed lights. Unfortunately they don't fit in a 6" aftermarket box so my husband had to use special glue to stick them to the ceiling and mess around. In terms of cost and energy efficiency...we'll see.
