I love Cree lighting, but if you're looking for these bulbs for their Alexa compatibility, let me stop you here. DO NOT DO THAT! Cree WiFi bulbs are not supported, Bluetooth bulbs come with a hub but this one doesn't. Yes, it says you can connect to Alexa using "Skill" [Smart Life], but trust me when I tell you it doesn't work and you can only control your lights through the Cree app and you will it cannot reconnect to Alexa. It will seem like a huge waste of money and time. However, if you have Google Assistant, these Cree lightbulbs work fine and connect almost automatically. My problem is that I have a Revain Home where everything is tied to Alexa. I don't have a lot of Cree lightbulbs in general. I just hate the fact that it's not clear that it's incredibly difficult to securely connect Cree Wi-Fi bulbs to Alexa. Again, be careful if you want to connect these bulbs to Alexa. Choose the Bluetooth option or choose a different brand.
