I've been looking for a new office chair for a long time! I work from home and spend about 9-10 hours a day at my desk. I often have back and neck pain at lunchtime. This was an ongoing problem so I finally decided to look at my doc about it. She suggested that I buy a good office chair that would provide better support for my back and neck. I found this chair and I'm so glad I found it! The comfort and support this chair offers can't be beat. It was very easy to put together (that's coming from a woman who struggles to put everything together). All the tools were included and the instructions were so clear. My favorite part of the chair is how customizable it is. Back, neck and armrests are adjustable. My 6'5" husband was even able to adjust the chair to his comfort level! The wheels roll so easily and quietly. Our office has hardwood floors with a rug and I'm not concerned about scratches on the wheels. Floors in general. Overall this is a great chair at a great price my neck and back pain have already reduced since I bought it.
