Multiple defects. Possible fire hazard
This item is supplied without a plug. The massage function did not work. The wires are not protected from combustible fill and have minimal adhesive coating. The wires may bend due to the adhesive. Needs strong coverage. The filling must be separated from the wiring. Dangerous. This is very badly done.
