Well built and working well. If you are placing this outside, purchase a CCTV power extension cord for this as the one provided is quite short. You might also want to buy a 128GB mini SD card if you don't want to wait for the "free" SD card they will send you after confirming your order number. It works out of the box without an SD card, but you can't record videos until you install one. Also, I would recommend a wired ethernet connection rather than just wifi since motion, zoom, and video responses are faster over wired than over wifi. This is especially true when using HD instead of Standard Definition, which I'm sure everyone would love to use, but it's still a damn good picture on SD.
