Effective, yet very comfortable. This item arrived quickly. It does a great job smoothing you out improving your appearance. It is a real boost to your confidence. The only issue is the straps start wider on my shoulders the wished. I need to find a way to make it more comfortable in that area. That is the only reason I didn’t give it a five.
