This product has two major design flaws. First, it's lightning. Considering the zippers are a key feature, you'd think they'd pick a decent one. Instead, it's a flimsy zipper that's incredibly awkward to use. You have to be very careful and work hard to corner him. Second, the zipper is attached to the smallest side of the bag, so it doesn't open like a box or suitcase, but like a bag, making organization and accessing the contents much more difficult.
