I really liked the product. The suction power is great and it's easy to use. Completed the task of removing blackheads by following the instructions provided. No problem understanding the direction. Three suggestions for improvement.1. The power button is easy to press when handling the product. It's more of a problem when kept in the box, I accidentally hit the power button. If I hadn't noticed, I could have drained the battery quickly, which wouldn't have been good.2. I noticed that there are numbers written on the plastic cover (2,3,4, etc.). Can you add numbers to the instruction manual so we know which cap has which number? Offer to add an online video tutorial for users to watch for the first time. It would be easier to understand if we could watch someone use it. Other than that, this is a great product.
