Great light pole at a great price

I was a little concerned at the review that this pole wouldn't support much weight when fully extended but I bought it anyway. I have successfully tried it with the Godox AD600BM flash, the new SK300 flash and the Godox AD200 light flash. It works with the AD600, but when fully extended it runs at about max power. Godox AD600BM with diffuser weighs about 9 pounds. In the pictures I have a Neewer SK300 in a Godox 48" umbrella box. It handles it with no problems. The boom arm came with no instructions. I thought the best way to mount it in my studio was to screw it through the outer holes and just use the center brackets to attach it to the rack. I used six 3" screws to hang the #10 cabinet. I removed the panel from the assembly to attach to the wall easier. It feels very safe.I like it so much that I will buy another arrow for another flash.
