Boot hole is not elastic at all
What's the use of sewing an elastic band over the boot if the seam underneath is absolutely rigid? He couldn't put it on my son's leg even though I ordered half a size bigger.
Toddlers don't know how to show their feet, I think toddler shoes should take that into account. Returned.
