It's sticky, it's liquid and when it dries it crumbles in my eyes, especially when I'm driving I had to stop to take makeup remover and even my eyes were crumbled. Before my makeup remover towel will touch my face it's a lie don't buy it it looks like a gel and I think it's waterproof. It doesn't say it's waterproof, and it stuck before my eyes for two days.
