I was testing two new king size mattresses and both needed more padding on top. One mattress already had memory foam on top, so this topper was perfect for adding extra soft padding. I rent this house part of the year and if a guest would like a firmer bed they can easily remove the topper and sleep directly on the latex mattress. This topper comes with a storage box, making it easy and hassle-free to fold it up and put it away when a guest doesn't want to use it. In contrast, the memory foam topper is much heavier and harder to roll up and store when the guest doesn't want to use it. So it's a much better alternative to the memory foam topper for my situation as an AirBnB host.
