The dimensions do not refer to the actual basket
The basket is smaller than specified. The width is about half an inch smaller and if that was the only thing wrong I would have kept it. But the height of 9.45 inches includes the handles, the depth of the basket is only about 7.5. The length is listed as 20.08 inches, which isn't even true when you include the grips. The basket itself is only 17.5. I need to optimize the small space I have for a laundry basket so I need something with actual basket dimensions - this is coming back.
