Leg positioning pillow Not my thing

To be honest I found this pillow harder to use than the regular one. I had a serious injury that required surgery and I thought it would spare me some of the discomfort. In fact, trying to extend/retract the leg without injuring yourself turned out to be harder than I thought. It wasn't the right form for me either and I found it difficult too. Maybe it would be good for relaxing, but it just didn't work for my needs.
